Lead Dentist

Hi, I’m Sampada, founder of Aashvi Smiles Dental Group. I started this practice with a simple goal, to make dental care feel comfortable and personal. I was born and raised in the Middle East, where preventive dental care was not always common. My first dental visit was at 13 for a painful cavity, and I still remember the kindness of the dentist who treated me. That experience inspired me to become a dentist myself. I completed my first dental degree at Manipal University in 2013, then moved to Seattle and earned my DDS from the University of Washington in 2018. After relocating to the Bay Area, I completed a General Practice Residency at Highland Hospital in Oakland, CA, where I cared for patients with complex medical needs. Today, I am honored to care for seniors, patients with dental anxiety, and individuals with special health care needs. Over the years, I’ve learned that kindness can change how people feel about dentistry. My hope is that every patient who walks through our doors feels cared for, respected, and at ease.
